June 2015 saw the arrival of the first London Build Expo at the O2 Arena, London. Thousands of visitors registered for the event and came to visit KAT to see the major new products we had on display, which included KATpod Roof Lantern, Timber Box Sash Window, Mayfair PVCu Box Sash Window, Whitehall Timber Residential Door, Knightsbridge flush casement window and KAT Aluminium Residential Door. 
KATpod is the slimmest Roof Lantern solution in Europe with 40mm aluminium rafters which are 30% slimmer than conventional systems. Gareth Thomas said “KATpod has excellent thermal properties which keep the room warm in winter and cool in summer”.
KAT now offer both Aluminium Residential Doors and Timber Residential Doors with multi-point locking in a range of finishes and sizes. Jane Richards, KAT Marketing Manager, said “Being able to offer our customers casement windows in either Aluminium, Timber or PVCu and Box Sash Windows in either PVCu or Timber was really well received at London Build. KAT are one of a small number of companies who are able to offer this wide range of materials in bespoke sizes and colours”.
