Aftercare
Our Doors, Windows and Roof Glazing are bought by Trade Customers, such as Installers and Property Developers who then offer a bespoke advisory and installation service to Homeowners. The quality of our products is important to KAT and we employ a team of Service Engineers, who cover the whole of the UK and Ireland to tend to any Aftercare service calls. Service Engineer Training
Our Service Engineers spend time in the factory assisting with the manufacture, to ensure any new product enhancements, such as the new Ultion cylinder lock and Hercules Rollers on our PVC Patio Door, are fully understood before undertaking any service calls.
